[PD-dev] changelog?

hi, I'm failing to find a changelog for every latest pd-vanilla - the
changelog I find stops at 0.42 - I bet these are documented somewhere, as
every release is announced with such changes.

as a pd extended 0.42-5 user, I was wondering what has changed since 0.42-6
up to 0.46-7

can anyone help me?
