[PD-dev] Update to extended icons?

In my view the extended icon is terrible, to the point where I couldn't
use Pd without replacing the icon, so a comparison where someone would
prefer it over the retina icon baffles me. I can understand people
having opinions about a particular aesthetic, but requests to make the
retina design look more like the extended translate to me as "make it
look worse." So I'll bow out of this one.
