[PD-dev] 0.48.0 release status

well, I closed it and created a new PR just for the help updates. If
[midiclkin] is probably staying after all and the PR has a chance to not be
merged, maybe I won't bother ;)

But if Miller decides it should go away, indeed, just say the word and I
can go ahead and do the job.
