[PD-dev] Pd 0.48 app bundle without src dir

I'm just looking now - in the Mac apps the ".h" files are indeed in
Contents/Resources/src/ as they were before.  So unless I'm missing
something the procedure to build externs shouldn't have changed.  But
am I missing something...?
