[PD-dev] DejaVU font on w32 for 0.48-1

Hi Miller,

I've put some work on shipping & loading DejaVu font on w32 for the new 
nice cross-platform gui.

I have tested it on windows machines without the font and it loads it fine.

Is there anything I can do?
