Today I opened it by double-clicking the pd.exe icon and it worked. Also it
now works running from the msys2 32bit shell
This is on a Win7-64bit machine. The dialog asking for network permission
showed up when I double-clicked. Maybe that was the issue.
Now I'll try to build some externals.
