Following the Start Here docs (https://puredata.info/docs/StartHere), installed latest Windows 32 bit pd-vanilla, launched application, but the browser content doesn't match the documentation and I was unable to find the start here patch.

Miller S. Puckette's "vanilla" distribution of Pd
Current Release: Pure Data 0.48-1
Installer for Microsoft Windows 32 bit version
Windows 10
