[PD-dev] macOS 10.14 32 bit situation

Just a note for people building Pd and/or externals for macOS: 10.14 will be released next week. It will be the last version of macOS to run 32 bit apps and, more importantly, clang included with the Xcode 10 Developer Tools will NOT build for 32 bit.

This means if you need to keep the ability to build fat (32 & 64 bit) externals, DO NOT upgrade. If you have externals that are currently 32 bit only on deken, I suggest uploading a 64 bit or fat build now, so anyone upgrading and moving to 64 bit Pd can use them. This last point will be even more important whenever 10.15 comes.
