[PD-dev] compiling 32 bit linux externals on 64 bit linux using pd-lib-builder

For your information ...
I ended up installing a 32 bit debian on a new virtual box and the 
compilation worked perfectly, without altering the makefile or anything 
else.
So this was probably the most straightforward way :)
