[PD-dev] Updated Pure Data Reference Card

I thought so. So is anyone in charge of the puredata.info <http://puredata.info/> website, and can update the pdf that is as of now obsolete? Or should we just take the old pdf down and host everything on GitHub?

If we plan to host on the puredata.info <http://puredata.info/> it would be nice anyway to link to an "always up-to-date" version of the refcard.
