[PD-dev] issues compiling Pd in macOS mojave

Miller's Wish is now integrated in the `updates/0.50` branch on Github. Running "make app" on my 10.14 system results in a working Pd app. Please test if you have the time.

We can investigate Tk 8.6/8.7 for newest systems in the next release cycle, if needed.
