[PD-dev] soundfile updates

Howdy all,

I have completed the first draft of updates to d_soundfile.c which consist of a branch refactoring the format-specific code into separate implementation files:

And a second branch which adds support for CAF files:

This work isn't done yet, but it's at the stage where it would be helpful to get feedback and some testing.
