[PD-dev] PD 0.51-4 bug fix candidates

Miller only mentioned he was considering a quick bug fix release for the Windows issue, so I proposed to gather a small list of similar bug fixes.

If he "signs off" on the list, then we can merge with develop or, as you say, he can accept them directly. I think option 1 is easier as we can do the integration and keep it clean, then he only has to merge develop into master.

This would also be a big help for libpd as the networking fix is needed for Android and I can then release libpd 0.12 based off of the Pd 0.51-4 tag.
