... What should I do with them?

Most relate to Linux soundcard handling, but there's also the twice
freed() bug in the DSP buffer handling. In addition, I've added some
comments in various places as I've discovered what's going on, and made
some changes to make it easier to select outlets with the mouse (should
be eventually configurable, I suppose). Also I expanded on the
"src/notes" file. 

I could either 
 - generate a patch file against 0.20 and mail it to Miller or Guenter
   for review
 - Mail the complete package to Miller or Guenter for review
 - Make either of the above available on my FTP directory
