Yes, I succeeded to run Pd on my Pentium Pc running Win95.

Your problem has something to do with TCP/IP and networking.

When Pd starts, it tries to extabilish a network connection with Pd-Gui, in
your case, this connection doesn't work.

Try to reinstall TCP/IP.
