Problems when unzipping

I'm trying to run Pd on W/95-Spanish version (Pentium 133).
When I unzipped earlier versions of Pd, files were placed in their folders,
for instance, "bin", etc.
But now (with 0.22) all filles rest together in the same folder I created
previously, and...
Pd doesn't run but a very short instant!
What is it wrong? Something with TCL? (it doesn't seem to be loaded at this
trials...)
