gem 0.75

[Mark Danks]

GEM 0.75 is out for WinNT (SGI version should be up in a day or so).

New features:

  support for the mouse in the GEM window
  support for tablets (such as Wacom)
  you can resize the GEM window now
  spline and linear paths (1, 2, and 3-D)
  misc bugs fixed
