Pd and Win 95

In my experience Pd works much better in NT than in W95, and I bet it works
better in Linux as well.  If you want to stay with W95, though, you can
specify a larger audio buffer to reduce the glitches (and make it respond
more sluggishly to input!)

try
        pd -audiobuf 200
for instance.
