Download problems with WinNT version

Hi list, hi Miller

I tried several times to download the new WinNt version but every time the
process finishes when 795 kb is downloaded. According to the page and to the
download window it should be 3.3 M. If I then try to open the archive the
unzipper tells me that my pd file is not a valid archive. Question: has
anyone experienced the same problem since the new patch has been published?
