Pd 0.24 PRELIMINARY version for IRIX and Windows

Hi all,

There's a preliminary version of Pd 0.24 on      
                              
    http://man104nfs.ucsd.edu/~mpuckett/software.html

for IRIX and Windows.  (Not linux yet...  Guenter's still the expert there!)

If you're feeling adventurous, you might want to grab it, but if not, you
can always wait for others to find the new bugs.

Meantime I'll brush up the documentation a little (and yes, throw in "pow".)
