pd-0.24 for linux

Hi Guenter,

    Have you tried the 2.2.0 kernel?  It compiled fine for me, but when I
tried your modified es1370.c file, there were some errors.  I may have to
stick with kernel 2.1.132.

    I haven't tested pd-23 or pd-24 on the 2.2.0 kernel yet.  Has anyone?  I
will soon...
