ggext-0.6 ready for testing

Hi there !

I did put a new version of my externals on the web:

http://gige.epy.co.at/pd/pdlib/externals/ggext-0.6.tar.gz

I have included two GUI objects (slider and toddle).
Bugreports appreciated !

( The package is setup for usage with Linux, but some parts
should compile under SGI and NT too, if someone dares to try
