pd 0.26 release

I'm mystified...  I couldn't find any references to /usr/lib or
to redhat in the makefile, so I don't know why, on a Debian system,
the C compiler is looking there.  It feels like a C compiler configuration
problem.

I'd like to hear if Pd can run without crashing on someone else's Debian
system or not...
