I've put together pd-0.81 for Linux

(Always trying to change locations :)
The build process is a little bit reworked, you have to put
m_pd.h (from pd-0.26/src into the gem-0.81/src/Base directory).
Actually what I'm doing is installing m_pd.h in /usr/include or
/usr/local/include, so I can develop my externals.
