no, but it is a rather frequent request.

 There´s a varispeed player sfread within the ggext package, only for
UNIX systems though.

For NT there´s Wini´s sfplay external,

 but this is no varispeed AFAIK

We´re looking for someone to write the ultimate cross-platfrom
varispeed cd and soundfile player external :)
