gem 0.82 for linux

Arghh, 
yes I forgot to copy the README.linux file into the distribution,
which basially tells you to go to the src/Gnu directory and read
the README.build . ( funny game, isn't it ?  :)

The main task of porting gem is done in the src/Gnu directory, I have
chosen this way to make my efforts separated from the other build
system, which includes building most of the libraries which are
already installed on my Linux system. I had to find an automated
way of building gem for Debian, because there are build deamons out there
which build Gem and pd for several architectures like linux m68k,
sparc, linuxppc, ....
