pd on alpha: gui oddity

This is a bug in tk for Alpha's. For this purpose I have a
working libtk lying around, and each time the installer
overwrites it with a buggy version I just copy it there.

I have put a working version of libtk8.0 next to pd-0.30...
.. should be mirrored to the IEM soon.

BTW, I have compiled pd with the Compaq ccc compiler,
pd's performance has doubled.

Use the makefile.compaq to do it.
