compiling 0.30

hi list,

in trying to build pd-0.30 on an old machine w/ OSS drivers and
(minimal) debian 'slink' -

'make' stops w/ following message

s_linux.c: In function `oss_configure':
s_linux.c:559: `AFMT_S16_NE' undeclared (first use this function)
s_linux.c:559: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
s_linux.c:559: for each function it appears in.)
make: *** [s_linux.o] Error 1
