block~ and framp~

[Miller Puckette]

I've been meaning to add a message to block~ to change block size...  I've
stuck it in my dolist but it might not materialize for a few months (big
backlog of desired features...)

framp~ is supposed to put out an audio signal, "0, 1, 2, 3..." each frame.
I haven't used it in years.
