MIDI timing jitter?

you can receive a list of all devices by typing 
"pd -list" in the commandline or batch-file
next time you start pd with 
"pd -midiindev 2" (for example)
you can get an explanation of all the windows flags by typing pd -
(minus)
(thats how i do it)
