new joystick and GUI externals for linux pd

I just finished preliminary versions of two PD external packages.  One is a
joystick interface object, and the other is a set of "performance time" GUI
objects done with GTK.  Both are for linux only right now. They're still in
testing but they're working fairly stable on my system so if anyone wants to
try them out, they're at
