PD on Linux without the GUI?

Hi there,

Does anybody know of a way of running PD without the GUI? I'm looking for a
way of creating a real time MIDI processor. It needs to run on a PC104 with
no display - just to run continuously from when the computer is booted to
the moment it is shut down. The only connections it will have to the real
world will be MIDI and TCP/IP.

Can anybody help?
