you are very polite indeed.
i 'd like to expand the iem web pages and pure database - 
but don't expect things too soon ... of course 
if somebody wants to contribute (suggestions are welcome too)
it would drastically increase the speed and quality of
the service. btw - does somebody have any experience
in setting up a faq-o-matic? does it make sense to 
use zope?
