Let's say you have tcl/tk 8.3 installed.
log as root
go into /usr/lib
type this:
ln -s libtcl8.3.so libtcl8.2.so
ln -s libtcl8.3.so libtcl8.1.so
ln -s libtcl8.3.so libtcl8.0.so
ln -s libtk8.3.so libtk8.2.so
ln -s libtk8.3.so libtk8.1.so
ln -s libtk8.3.so libtk8.0.so
ldconfig
This is to make sure sure that softwares expecting an ealier version of
tcl/tk will try to use the latest version installed.
If it doesn't work, then recompile pd.
It's better to recompile anyway.

Well, both suggestions make the gui to run but I can not open a patch
on the screen unless -nosound is specified. Also tryed things
like -nogui -open ~/file.pd
