pdsend and pdreceive for Irix?

Hi,

I am quite new to PD, having been mostly a jMax user for the last year
or so.

I'm running PD successfully on Irix 6.5. I need to receive messages sent
from a web form. 

Did anyone successfully compile the pdsend and pdreceive linux utilities
on Irix? That would make the above considerably easier.

I would be as grateful if anyone has good pointers or insight on how to
do the above.
