Cygwin?

Here are my flags (for pd 0.29 makefile):

LIB = -lwsock32 -lwinmm -lkernel32
GLIB =  $(LIB) -ltcl80 -ltk80
OPTIMIZE = -g -O
CFLAGS = -mno-cygwin -mpentium -fnative-struct -DNT -DPD -DPD_INTERNAL $(INCLUDE) $(OPTIMIZE)

Note that this build uses the Microsoft DLLs and not the Cygwin libraries.
