pdauto VST plugin (for Windows)

Hi list, a first version of the pdauto VST plugin for automation of pd from
within VST hosts is available.
It can handle 16 plugin parameters, program changes, MIDI note and
controller messages via the netsend/netreceive framework.
Christian Klippel was so kind to provide webspace on http://mamalala.de/xovo

In the future handling of audio streams via the OSC protocol will be
implemented.
