new externals

The GUI stuff worked fine for me. I haven't tested the others. I just used
the .pd_linux binaries that came with the distribution and put the new
pd.tk in place of the original. I think you'll need to use the -lib option
since the libs are contained in one large binary they won't load
automatically.
