automatic opening of subpatches

jip, the problem is more how to access a new window for example, when you go
"pd menu-new;" the window pops up untitled .. when you start having several
untitleds it will get tricky .. you can do pd menu-saveas or so, but that just
pops up the save dialog and i couldnt find out yet how to pass the filename (=
windowname) to saveas to do an automatic-save-as ...
