[PD] RME-support in pd-0.33

something went wrong with the rme support under pd-0.33
the HAVE_RME define was changed to RME_HAMMERFALL
therefore you have to change the line (# ??)
< CFLAGS += -DHAVE_RME
to
> CFLAGS += -DRME_HAMMERFALL
