[PD] externals jam

I read:

a.k.a. segmentation fault ;)
 
are you loading any other externals aswell ? 
I think I had the same problem a while ago, try loading
via commandline using the -lib flag  and a list like
(thx to marco at caribe.net):

-lib /usr/bin/pd/xxx:/home/georgew/china:/home/georgew/kyoto:/home/georgew/pd
