[PD] Pd 0.34 test release for irix and linux

Hi all,

having not put out a release for IRIX in some time, I've make Pd 0.34
TEST 4 available for SGI people.  This time I managed to compile both for
o32 and n32...

Also, for anyone wanting to synchronize with me, I've put out Pd 0.34 test 4
for linux in tar.gz form.

I'm planning to make some major revisions now, so 0.34 proper may be quite
different from this test version...
