[PD] open menuclose abstraction + GEM

hi,

the target of 'menuclose' message should not be pd (as with 'open'
message) but the abstraction itself:

pd-<abstraction-name-spelled-just-as-in-its-window-title> menuclose

(note the dash between 'pd' and abstraction name).
