[PD] Pd 043test8 and Alsa 0.9beta7 incompatible?

Hi Frank,

I believe I fixed this for 0.34 ... it simply always compiles ALSA
dynamically (used to be statically.)  As a result, the "rpm" packages
aren't configured for ALSA anymore.  I've come to the conclusion that an
RPM can't safely be released with the ALSA library, even statically linked...
ALSA users have to do the ".tar.gz" installation but I think anyone who can
get ALSA installed shouldn't have any trouble with that.
