[PD] env~ and block~

hi list,
again I need help: pd crashes when I put an "env~"-object in a window witch a blocksize larger than 128.
I know that env~ uses 256 samples by default and needs to be twice as large as the block size, but how can I set the value of env~.
I use the first 0.34-version on windows. (i think this version crashes with every audio-error).
