[PD] knob controller

it was for jmax http://mamalala.de/ see electronic projects there,
I wanted to do a pd port ages ago, but couldn't find the time to
build the damn thing (also my friend with the real hw expertise,
who I would call up 25 times during the building is now 200km away,
as opposed to 2000m when we both stayed in berlin ...)
