[PD] tcp/ip stream - ogg vorbis

hello,

is it possible to send a raw pcm audio stream over tcp/ip from and to
pd?

we want to use audio streams from the net and encode it as ogg vorbis
stream.

example
mp3 stream -> mp3 decoder -> pd processing -> ogg encoder -> ogg stream

is it possible to use netsend and netreceive for this and is there
documentation for the FUDI protocol?

what could be done with stream extensions from ggee. i cannot find any
documentation.
