[PD] canvas offset bug

on linux or windows?

the only thing i can think of is that the keyboard focus isn't being
correctly set when the window is raised (i think this is often a
customisable behaviour, atleast in xwindows).. does the keyboard start to
work if you move the mouse out of the new frontmost window and back in
again?
