Hi, yes, this is a problem

When you save a patch the scrollbar positions should also be saved but
they aren't.  (I don't know how to get the vaules out of TK).  Also I've
never figures out in TK how to get the scrollbars to update themselves
for the first time correctly (hence the wierd behavior where they spring
to life the first time you click in the window.)  I tried to figure this
out for a while a few months ago but gave up; I'll try again someday.

There are even worse problems in "data" windows with scrolling vertically,
which I can't figure out either, but will try again someday...
