[PD] [framestein] 0.24

Hi,

version 0.24 gives Pd externals access to video data,
can convert video to signal and back, and runs plugins
without framestein.

these externals are included:

vframe
holds memory for video data and runs framestein plugins

vsig~
convert video to signal

vsnapshot~
convert signal to video

vrgb~
separate red, green and blue channels
